What’s in your future,
class of 2009?
If you are ready to take the next step from home to a college
campus, Bossier Federal Credit Union would like to help. We’ve
established a scholarship opportunity for any high school senior in
Caddo, Bossier or Webster parish entering college in the fall of 2009.
Students interested in this opportunity simply need to turn in a
completed application, a current official transcript and a typed,
double-spaced essay of approximately 500 words.
The assigned essay topic is: “What can credit unions do to
encourage today’s youth to join and take advantage of credit
union products and services?”
For example, what would have driven you to save money for your future
endeavors? Our scholarship program will award a total of $5,000 in
scholarship funds with the first place winner receiving $2,500, the
second place winner receiving $1,500 and the third $1,000. For more
information on requirements and the selection process, please stop by
and pick up a scholarship application.
